Volt is immediately hiring for ECoat Technician in Seneca, S.C. for 2nd and 3rd shift.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

As a technician in ECoat, you will be responsible for operations of an anodic electrocoating paint system and the industrial wastewater treatment operations for the facility. This includes but is not limited to:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tInitiating & controlling operations by PLC/HMI\r\n\tManually utilizing switches & valves\r\n\tMaintaining system & various equipment in the department (ie. Nozzles, plumbing, pumps, etc.)\r\n\tSafely handle chemicals and make additions as necessary\r\n\tOperating and working on diaphragm pumps\r\n\tRecord keeping\r\n\tWork with team members and seek continuous improvement for the department and its operations\r\n\tCross-functional collaborations with various departments\r\n\r\n\r\n

This is a full time, Direct Hire.

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will have:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tSC Physical/Chemical Wastewater Treatment License\r\n\tTechnical associate’s degree\r\n\tIndustrial/Manufacturing experience\r\n\tLicense Requirements: SC Physical/Chemical Wastewater Treatment License\r\n\tEngineering Tech Trainee: apply for trainee permit immediately upon hire; work towards passing your D level exam within the first year\r\n\tEngineering Tech I: D level license\r\n\tEngineering Tech II: B level license\r\n\r\n\r\n

GED or HS Diploma is required.

Salary: $28 - $35 per

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.
