This is a 20-year arrangement to deliver ~£7bn of major projects. We are looking to recruit high-value expertise from across regulated and comparable sectors to work in a collaborative environment. PPP is delivering major projects, site wide improvements and provision of supporting services. **Key Responsibilities** For Lightly Shielded Store 1 (LSS1), t he EC&I Engineer is responsible for: + Ensuring design is produced in line with required Regulatory, Customer and Company standards + Delivery, supervision, and verification of EC&I related engineering design deliverables to cost, schedule and quality. + Overseeing team progressing and reporting. + Interface co-ordination with other engineering disciplines. + Performing appropriate engineering reviews. + Identifying discipline resource needs and supporting in the recruitment process. + Ensuring design change and configuration is effectively managed. + Overall management and coordination of EC&I team on the project. + The identification of changes in the scope of work and ensuring that appropriate change requests are implemented. **Here's What You'll Need:** + Previous experience of working within existing Sellafield plants / brown field sites is highly desirable though not essential providing that suitable similar experience can be demonstrated. + The candidate shall ideally have experience in a similar role and should ideally be an Incorporated/Chartered Engineer or be working towards gaining professional status. However, experience at all levels will be considered. + Produce and maintain key deliverable documents/reports, calculations, schedules, etc. to programme and of appropriate quality. + Liaise and coordinate with other design disciplines and plant engineering as necessary in the production of preliminary and detail design deliverables. + Support the CE&I design team in meetings and reviews. + Design in accordance with the IET 18th edition (BS7671) ideally. + Conversant with existing CAE tools (e.g. Auto CAD, CAESAR, PDMS). **Our Culture** Our values stand on a foundation of safety, integrity, inclusion and diversity.
