EC Assistant Manager

Job Description:

This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with e-commerce distributors and e-commerce platforms in China and supports the company through development of national budgets. 

What are we looking for?

Bachelor’s degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field. Minimum 3 years’ EC/CBEC experience in pet food or a related industry and above 2 years’ TDI or other EKA platform management experience will be preferred.Develop and maintain a strong knowledge base regarding product, competitors, customers, and market activities, and communicating this knowledge in business planning meetings. Knowledge of cost analysis, fiscal management, and budgeting techniques. Results-oriented with demonstrated business skills related to goal setting, budgeting and reporting, and analytical abilities to assess and interpret results. Mathematical abilities to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, volumes, etc., and to manage abstract and concrete variables. Enthusiastic and self-motivated sales professional and interpersonal skills. Industry and product knowledge, honesty, integrity, and trust. Good interpersonal skills with ability to develop and sustain successful business relationships internally and externally. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in English and Mandarin, and good listening skills, with ability to work Computer literacy, including effective working skills of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint 

What will be your key responsibilities?This role is responsible for establishing and maintaining trusting relationships with e-commerce distributors and e-commerce platforms in China and supports the company through development of national budgets. Responsible for overall Champion Petfoods business on TDI.Set up business strategy and annual investment plans to service business growth and budget achievement.Lead business with inspired sales programming, sales presentations, and product development.Lead and co-work with distributor on traffic management, sales operation, value chain management, campaigns & promotions management, etc.Provide leadership, training, and sales coaching to Distributor e-commerce Sales Representatives. Develop and conduct quarterly and yearly business reviews with distributor and platform.Consult with distributors, retailers, and industry sources and report product performance, competitor, and industry intelligence.Lead business related projects. Assess market potential and distributor capability.
