As an **EB360 Business Analyst** specializing in member/employee enrollment, you will be an integral part of the Employee Benefits Technology Strategy team. You will collaborate with key stakeholders, including operational business areas, product teams, and IT development teams, to gather requirements, design, and implement technology solutions for our business partners.
This role will specialize as a business analyst for Member Eligibility & Enrollment management, which is defined as the receipt, translation, loading, storage and maintenance of the key data elements for the population of insureds covered by Equitable Employee Benefits policies.
**Key Job Responsibilities**
+ Collaborate with Operational Business Areas to understand processes and gather requirements for system enhancements or new solutions to meet member enrollment needs.
+ Provide detailed functional requirements and system specifications for the IT development team, focusing on:
+ Member enrollment data integrations with third-party benefit administration and payroll partners.
+ File Uploads containing member enrollment information and/or updates to that information to Equitable’s EB360 platform.
+ Evidence of Insurability processing.
+ Oversee end-to-end UAT activities, including ownership of integrated test plans encompassing data setup, script definition, defect remediation, and regression testing.
+ Gain a deep understanding of system architecture and cross-functional integration related to member enrollment.
+ Work with business stakeholders to maintain and prioritize the system backlog and ensure key roadmap initiatives are delivered.
+ Interact directly with key stakeholders and strategic partners to demonstrate and train on the platform, as well as gather new requirements as needed.
+ Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including system user guides and functional specifications.
The base salary range for this position is $54,000 - $81,000. Actual base salaries vary based on skills, experience, and geographical location. In addition to base pay, Equitable provides compensation to reward performance with base salary increases, spot bonuses, and short-term incentive compensation opportunities. Eligibility for these programs depends on level and functional area of responsibility.

**Qualifications**
**Required Qualifications**
+ Bachelor's Degree
+ Minimum 1 yr. of experience
+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical personnel.
+ Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
+ Basic understanding of SQL.
**Preferred Qualifications**
+ Prior business or data analysis experience is a plus, but not required.
