Eastern Africa Regional Sales Lead with Proficiency in French – Johannesburg, South Africa

Using your strong business acumen, you take full ownership of the following: **Role Responsibilities:** + Manage agent accounts to maximize profitability within the Eastern Africa region + Identify and recommend new business opportunities, pricing strategies, and sales targets + Achieve revenue and transaction targets through effective customer support, operations, sales, and marketing plans + Negotiate contracts with agents within specified limits + Provide leadership across various functions in assigned geography **Role Requirements:** + 5+ years of client-facing sales experience in multicultural settings + Solid knowledge of global payments and money movement ecosystems in Eastern Africa + Bachelor's degree in business administration or marketing + Ability to work independently and make sound decisions + Strong interpersonal skills for negotiation and communication + Fluency in English + Proficiency in French is preferred + Willingness for potential business travel within the region **We make financial services accessible to humans everywhere.
