Love your work.  Love your work. We are currently seeking Compensation Analyst Interns to join the Rewards Data Intelligence (RDI) practice. Hours will be 40 hours a week for the summer of 2025 (typically mid-May - August).
 

As an Intern, your performance objectives will be: 

Preliminary audit of data submissions from clients with the oversight of senior Product Leaders Analyze submissions and verify data through client follow-ups (e-mail/telephone) Verify data submission components such as long term incentive pay (e.g. do some research through online sources such as Sedar, Edgar, ROB, TSE, etc.) Run system validation reports and summaries as required Adhere to the corporate protocol for handling of sensitive and confidential information Other tasks (e.g. electronic filing, small marketing efforts, mailing, proof-reading, etc.)

About you: 

In the process of obtaining a Bachelor's Degree or diploma in business, commerce, economics, general arts or any other major with significant quantitative course work, and minimum GPA of 3.0Preferred applications from candidates that plan to graduate with a Bachelor’s degree between December 2025 through December 2026Strong interest in consulting, corporate HR, and/or compensation-related work.Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skillsSelf-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a teamStrong PC expertiseExcellent Microsoft Office skills, particularly in Excel.Passion for problem-solving and delivering client-focused solutions.Fast learner, detail-oriented and ability to multi-taskAvailable for overtime (when available)Fully bilingual (French/English) useful but not mandatoryThis is a hybrid role – would be required to come into the office 1-2 times a month
