Job DescriptionKey responsibilities/essential functions include:Ensuring ongoing customer satisfaction by efficient planning of field operations and timely resolution of customer issuesDriving operational excellence on the service delivery processes under responsibilityEstablishing a smart service inventory in line with Global Parts Team’s strategy and ensuring availability of parts in local warehousesManaging installation and field tool inventory; purchase, loan, calibration & repair processesDriving data analysis and business case development for key projectsDeveloping productivity initiatives/projects to reduce cost, improve efficiency, eliminate manual work and increase speed of serviceAchieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and ensuring compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) on a daily basis
Qualifications:Bachelor’s DegreeExperience in service, technology or operations, preferably in Healthcare BusinessStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExperience on statistical and/or data management toolsProven ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced changing environmentAbility to work effectively in a cross-functional, global team environmentExcellent planning, prioritization and organizational skillsExcellent interpersonal and verbal & written communication skillsDemonstrated collaboration, negotiation and conflict resolution skillsAnalytical, problem solving & root-cause analysis skills

Preferred Qualifications:Green Belt / Black Belt certified or familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and toolsKnowledge of ISO 13485 and CE Mark requirements
