GPI’s Sales Training Program is a high-visibility program designed to prepare the next generation of leaders. As a participant, you will gain manufacturing insight through project-based experiences, developing your sales skills at an accelerated rate. After successful completion of the program, you will graduate and move into a full-time role within the Sales organization aligned with business needs and you career goals.

Job Responsibilities

Job responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Completion of a project based on the job training. Complete a learning curriculum and assessments designed to develop operations skills, provide fast-track industry experience, and teach “hands-on” operations processes and strategies. Participate in the “Chip2Ship” learning experience; successfully complete requirements of leadership training. Participate collaboratively and report regularly on special projects. Build relationships with senior leadership, including peer mentors, training mentors, and onsite managers. Make in-person presentations to the Executive team. Lead sales projects that impact key business initiatives individually and in teams. Manage multiple priorities. Work well within a team environment. Perform other duties as assigned.

Background Experience

Prior experience in paid or unpaid positions related to sales Leadership roles in college-affiliated organizations or community based organizations Previous full-time experience in finance or accounting is considered but not required.

 

Education Experience

Undergraduate degree (GPA of 2.8 or higher) in Engineering, Packaging, Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Advanced degree is considered but not required

 

Pay Range:   $52,500.00 - $69,930.00
