Work Type: Full Time or Part Time Available

Hours Per Week: 40.00, 8:00am - 5:00pm

Summary:

This position supports and enhances clients, employees, and customer’s wellbeing. Providing essential support to others is an honor and we understand the importance of being our best self to provide that support. We are a group of experienced independent counselors empowered to provide the highest quality of support to our clients while gaining that same support from each other. We have a unique streamlined intervention and documentation approach.

Responsibilities:

• Assessment, referral and short-term services for EAP clients • Provides Corporate Leadership Training and Consultation • Provides individual C-Suite Consultation and Coaching • Manages supervisor mandated and SAP referrals • Responds to critical incidents in the workplace • Assists in client account management and retention • Provides case management and HR consultation as needed • Provides on-site services when requested including training • Provides necessary paper records as scheduled and maintains timely records in EAP software system • Identifies opportunities to expand business clients • Fulfills on-call duties as needed • Assists in miscellaneous other tasks as needed.
