Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Electrical & Instrumentation (E&I) Engineer to join our team on a large-scale construction project for a state-of-the-art Green Steel Manufacturing Plant. As part of the project engineering team, the E&I Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, commissioning, and troubleshooting of electrical and instrumentation systems.

Responsibilities

Design & Implementation: Develop electrical and instrumentation designs, ensuring compliance with standards. Specify control systems, power distribution, and instrumentation for hydrogen-powered operations. Project Support: Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams to ensure timely delivery and quality installation of electrical systems. Commissioning & Testing: Oversee commissioning, test electrical systems, and troubleshoot issues to ensure systems meet performance and safety standards. Safety & Compliance: Adhere to safety regulations, perform risk assessments, and ensure all systems comply with relevant standards. Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation, including design drawings, testing procedures, and progress reports.
Role Requirements Education: Bachelors in electrical or Instrumentation Engineering (or related field). Experience in electrical/instrumentation engineering for large capital construction projects, oil & gas, industrial, manufacturing is ideal. Skills: Proficiency with design software (AutoCAD, EPLAN). Knowledge of PLC, SCADA, DCS, and electrical distribution systems.
