Responsibilities: • Develop and implement innovative communication strategies that align with business goals. • Ensure efficient execution of communication activities within set deadlines. • Facilitate changes required for the organization's growth and continuous improvement through effective communication. • Tailor communication solutions to internal and external customer needs. • Produce messages that are in line with the business strategies. • Monitor and maintain accuracy of customer credit records. • Process customer credit applications with precision and efficiency. • Resolve customer inquiries and monitor customer accounts. Requirements • Proficiency in Internal Communications, with the ability to coordinate and streamline communication within the organization. • Experience in External Communication, facilitating effective communication between the company and external parties. • Expertise in Corporate Communications, including the development and implementation of communication strategies to build the company's brand and reputation. • Proven ability in Content Strategy, with the skill to create, manage, and update content across various platforms. • Proficiency in devising and implementing Content Strategies, ensuring the content aligns with the company's goals and brand identity.
