We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented E-commerce Intern to join our E-commerce team. The ideal candidate will assist in managing and optimizing our online sales channels, ensuring a seamless and engaging customer experience. This role requires strong analytical skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work collaboratively with team members and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Website Management:
Assist in updating and maintaining product listings on the e-commerce platform. Ensure product information is accurate, up-to-date, and optimized for search engines.Customer Support:
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to online orders. Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the online shopping experience.Data Analysis:
Analyze sales data and website traffic to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Assist in preparing reports on e-commerce performance metrics.Marketing Support:
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotions and campaigns. Assist in creating and scheduling social media posts and email newsletters.Process Improvement:
Identify opportunities to streamline e-commerce processes and enhance efficiency. Assist in developing and updating e-commerce documentation and resources.Collaboration:
Work closely with the E-commerce team to ensure consistent and high-quality service. Coordinate with other departments to resolve complex customer issues and improve the online shopping experience.Continuous Improvement:
Stay updated with the latest e-commerce trends and best practices. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a 3rd or 4th year HBO program in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (Studying towards a Bachelor's or Master's degree). Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
