As the E-Commerce Fulfilment Manager, your role will include:

•Overseeing daily operations of the Darton Distribution Centre to ensure efficiency and accuracy in online order fulfilment.

•Managing health and safety regulations specific to e-commerce operations to provide a secure working environment.

•Driving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.

•Collaborating with other departments to enhance fulfilment processes and maintain a seamless customer experience.

•Leading, coaching, and motivating your team to meet company goals and uphold our values.

•Managing inbound and outbound logistics to ensure timely dispatch and delivery of online orders.

•Preparing detailed performance reports with actionable insights for continuous improvement.

•Addressing all people management activities, including performance coaching, employee relations, and development planning.

•Proven experience in warehouse management, preferably within e-commerce.

•Strong leadership and team management abilities.

•In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and warehouse management systems.

•Financial acumen and understanding of FMCG distribution.

•Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.

•Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment.
