Your Role Accountabilities...

Manage 3rd party vendors in order to deliver expected product

Control Service Level Agreements and challenge vendors

Take ownership of the particular project work streams (eg. Traffic building strategy, sales path optimization etc) in order to deliver MVP on time

After a few months in the organization, manage another product setup and launch

Own the data – develop an expertise in what’s happening with the product and why it’s happening

Be capable to challenge existing setup and bring new business ideas to scale the product

Qualifications & Experience...

Extended ecommerce / marketplace know how and experience (minimum 4 years in ecommerce, with total professional experience of minimum 7 years)

Proven success / failures history in the area of ecommerce

Operational product knowledge and experience related to the sales flow, sales optimization, attribution models, finding outside of the box business opportunities in ecommerce area

Understand the attribution modeling, and data behind the sales journey. Be able to leverage it in order to scale the product

Digital products building experience

Experience in managing project oriented / agile teams

Fluency in English

Hybrid Working - This role is advertised as a Hybrid work model, that combines remote and in-office work, following our current company policy and to be agreed with your Line Manager. Subject to any applicable laws, WBD / your Line Manager reserves the right to change this working agreement where this is essential to business needs and upon reasonable notice to you.
