What will be your key responsibilities?As lead of Digital SPT flagship store to develop and deploy both short term and longer-term growth strategy, to delivery SPT flagship store business goals with Customers on T-mall platform and JD platform Build strong partnership with T-mall & JD Senior Management & cross functional counterparts, to lead SPT flagship store diet category development Delivery the business targets, including both Topline & bottom line KPI’s Drive collaboration with cross functional teams, to achieve business operation effectiveness & efficiency Build and develop talents & team, expertise on E-com capabilityCollaborate with One-Mars cross segment peers, to share & leverage best practice
