Nelson Mullins is seeking an E-Billing Assistant with 3+ years of experience to join a large law firm with multiple offices across the US. You’ll join a supportive team that thrives on communication, accuracy, and a desire to serve their clients well!  Handling a busy in-box, you’ll be responsible for submitting ebills, working directly with our attorneys and their administrative assistants.

A Day in the Life

The Accounting Department handles the needs of our law offices across the country. You’ll join a supportive team that thrives on communication, accuracy, and a desire to serve their clients well!  You will submit electronic invoices (LEDES) via BillBlast or manually via client specific ebilling sites. You will submit timekeepers and rates for approval. Also, assist in maintaining billing instructions to assure special ebilling requirements are met, and review and solve ebilling issues as needed.

You know how to utilize your billing experience to help the team successfully reach the finish line. You're proficient in MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, and have strong written and communication skills. You’re a multitasking master, who puts customer service above all else and understands that organization, an extreme attention to detail, and professionalism are the keys to success. You’re a team player with a strong work ethic and a desire to learn.

 

3+ years of experience handling high volumes of ebilling

Working knowledge of Aderant, Elite, BillBlast, or similar software utilized in a legal or professional services firm a big plus!
