Planet Technologies, the Nation’s leading Microsoft services provider to the public sector, is looking for a highly motivated individual to join our growing team as an on-premise Dynamics CRM Developer. In this role, you will be supporting impactful projects that benefit our country. The Developer will develop Dynamics CRM applications on the shared services platform running in the customer hosted data center. Additionally, they will provide technical analysis and support to Dynamics team members, administrators, users, system specialists, project managers, and development teams to maintain existing and future applications as necessary. Responsibilities + Design, test, and implement CRM solutions based on requirements provided from stakeholders. + Proactively monitor the environment to ensure key resources and services are functioning within acceptable performance thresholds. + Provide service to deploy developed solutions to Production, Test and user acceptance testing (UAT) CRM environments. + Maintain and support legacy data synchronization processes between CRM and legacy non-CRM systems. + Manage backups and restores of CRM data and technical support for infrastructure issues. + Audit the CRM application environment to provide data from logs and reports as required by CISO and audit teams. + Establish and maintain a standard software baseline for CRM to ensure clean audit findings. + Participate in migration and release management processes. Be able to perform other Dynamics CRM system admin duties as needed. + Create technical designs, mock-ups, prototypes and recommend architecture to support new implementations and/or enhancements. + Lead and participate in design and code reviews. Skills Required + Proficiency in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 CRM and developing advanced business process flows within Dynamics 365. + Skills in using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Power BI. + Experience with Microsoft Azure for data security, compliance, AI, and scalability. + Knowledge of setting up a multi-developer DevOps environment. + Skills in designing data import processes. + Proficiency in software development, including languages like JavaScript. + Skills in data analytics, artificial intelligence, and machine learning. + Experience in project management, strategic planning, and business development. + Ability to manage stakeholder interactions and facilitate successful project implementation. + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail; excellent communication and interpersonal skills and proven ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. + Strong organizational and time management skills. Salaries for Developers at Planet Technologies range from $105,000 and $200,000.
