Preparation & Part of SMETA Audit. Acting as Local Next core Team Member Implementing NEXT projects related to HSE for achieving process stability Involvement in workshops, projects and corresponding NEXT activities (e.g. OPEX Assessment) Regular update / reporting structure with local NEXT lead Involvement in projects Active role in sustainable results Maintaining TSI (Total Safety Index) score for Pashamylaramm unit. Weekly Safety Walkdown carried out Organizing Monthly Safety committee Meeting on monthly basis. Organizing Safety training as per Training Need Identification from Regional H.R Team. Organizing Safety Induction for new Alpla employee joined. Reporting SBO / H.I Uploading all SBO / H.I identified in Intelex software . Procurement of PPE's (Personal Protective Equipment) as per IS Standard.
