Job Responsibilities:

任职资格：

教育程度： 大学本科及以上学历，大学英语四级，汽车、机械及相近专业

工作经验： 具备1年及以上变速器设计开发、试验验证相关工作经验，有零部件设计，耐久分析相关经验者优先。

专业技能要求： 熟悉变速器设计结构、设计功能及性能要求；了解汽车底盘及动力系统，了解系统要求规范、熟悉系统设计规范；掌握产品验证相关标准。

能力要求： 具备与客户技术交流、协调其他团队和管理本团队能力；具备跨部门功能沟通能力，具备熟练地办公软件操作技能；熟悉变速箱开发流程，熟识变速箱的零部件试验，台架测试，整车测试；掌握试验设计(DOE)、可靠性计算、8D等方法

其他特殊要求： 良好的英语交流、书写及阅读能力，可以进行深入的工程讨论。

工作职责

1.负责设计验证计划（DVP）设计工作，参与产品开发项目前期工作

-根据新项目需求，制定DVP

-进行系统认证相关的研究和计算工作（如统计分析，风险评估）

-开发和管理试验策略，标准

-支持报价DVP工作，支持相关技术工作

2.DVP协调组织工作

-按照项目开发计划，协调试验中心资源，合理安排试验计划

-建立和管理系统及子系统级别的试验计划，及验证策略：试验类型，地点，时间，所有试验信息的汇总

-试验跟踪：监控试验进度及状态，确认R-plan及其他测试参数实现设计开发目标

-与客户沟通会谈试验结果报告

-支持8D工作，协调试验中的失效，问题的分析

-牵头问题解决表单（IRS）工作，跟踪IRS，组织相关会议本产品领域内的签发策略制定，及组织签发评审

3.DVP验收审核工作

-参与零件解体打分评级工作，依据打分情况及试验数据，评估试验结果

-牵头系统设计，试验部门的主节点签发评审工作

-按流程要求，交付文件

4. 遵守与执行体系要求

-遵循国家和政府有关劳动、合同、税务、会计、环境保护、职业健康安全等方面的法律法规及其他要求

-负责本业务范围的质量、环境、职业健康安全管理工作
-认真贯彻执行国家及行业管理部门有关安全生产、劳动保护、环境保护法规和政策
-负责参与公司“四新”项目的环保、职业健康安全 “三同时”评审
-负责工艺改进、新品开发、替代材料的环境影响、健康安全的分析、评审
-主动发现各类环境安全事故隐患并积极报告整改
-积极参加各项环境安全培训和活动，提出合理化建议
-负责了解Mafact基础知识，参与Mafact相关活动
