**Job Title: Dump Truck Driver** **Job Description** Candidates will be working for an excavating company operating a Quad Axel Dump truck. They will be performing material deliveries to construction sites. **Responsibilities** + Operate a Quad Axel Dump truck for material deliveries to construction sites. + Manage a crew of 2+ people. + Read blueprints and run projects independently from start to finish. + Communicate with clients as needed. + Ability to manage a project independently + Experience in construction + Strong communication skills **Work Environment** Will be working on commercial jobsites in all types of weather conditions including hot, cold, and rain. The company is a small family-owned business with a total of 12-14 employees. Crews consist of 2-4 people depending on the project. The dress code includes steel toe boots and pants. Working hours are from 7:00 am to 4:30 pm, and from 6:00 am to 5:00 pm during summer hours. Employees start at the shop and head out to the jobsite from there. Employees must have their own personal hand tools, including bags, tape, and a hammer. PPE such as hard hats, safety glasses, ear protection, and high visibility shirts/vests will be provided by the company. **Pay and Benefits** The pay range for this position is $54080.00 - $62400.00/yr.
