The Position: This Due Diligence associate role is responsible for supporting the due diligence coordination, inspection and report creation process.

Responsibilities Proofread, revise, edit and produce due diligence reports under strict deadline constraintsAssist in coordinating schedules and onsite inspections of file auditors, unit walkers, and vendor inspectionsMaintain request lists; revise per provided items, manage multiple Dropbox accountsMaintain various internal databases with up to date informationPerform in a fast-paced environment with multiple projects in process at once. Able to stay organized and deadline focused when completing tasksProblem solve when a complex situation arises, and follow-up with tasks until fully completeInteract with colleagues, other management companies and client in an appropriate and professional mannerAbility to travel 30% of the time; occasionally outside of standard work hours Qualifications

Education & Experience:

Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experienceMicrosoft Office Suite (Excel experience a necessity), Adobe, Salesforce

Physical Requirements:

May be required to sit or stand for extended periods of timeMust be able to read documents, computer screens and dataMust be able to hear and understand verbal communications in person and over the phone or computerMay occasionally be required to lift or carry items such as files or office supplies weighing up to 15 poundsMust be able to operate a computer, keyboard, mouse and other office equipment

Work Environment:

This is a hybrid role, requiring the associate to work in one of our corporate or regional offices 3 days per week.The office is an open setting which may include bright lights, constant noises and distractions.  Company Information
