**Job Title: Drywall Finisher (Downtown Denver $28-$32)**
**Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced Drywall Finisher who will be responsible for leading safety orientations, managing candidates on the job, and collecting timecards. The ideal candidate will oversee 2-3 people on commercial new build construction projects.
**Responsibilities**
+ Manage candidates on the job
+ Lead safety orientations
+ Collect timecards
+ Oversee and manage a crew of 2-3 people
+ Read prints and layout
+ Ensure crew adheres to schedule
+ Conduct job site safety walks
**Essential Skills**
+ 4+ years of experience in drywall and metal stud framing
+ 1+ year of experience as a drywall foreman
+ Experience with level 5 finish drywall
+ Proficiency in drywall cutting, hanging, taping, sanding, and patching
+ Ability to read prints and layout
+ Experience leading and managing a crew of 3-10 people
+ Knowledge of exterior structural framing, interior framing, ceiling framing, trusses, and fire rating systems

+ "Get it done" attitude
+ 1+ year of forklift/skidsteer experience preferred
+ OSHA 10 certification preferred but not required (training available)

**Pay and Benefits**
The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $32.00
