We are seeking an innovative and driven Digital & Smart Manufacturing Lead to spearhead the design, build, and launch of our next-generation manufacturing facility. These responsibilities include some of the following: Define and deliver roadmap of digital solutions to drive Smart manufacturing ambitions for the DP facility Work in close collaboration with Local tech, Global Business Owners and business operations team to drive project portfolio and deliver value. Work with GPS and Engineering teams to identify solutions that drive value delivery. Work with stakeholders within the DP and support teams to ensure alignment on budget, resources scope and business priorities. Partner Local and Global MSAT to drive deployment of new capabilities including Artificial Intelligence /Machine Learning, Data Science capabilities and Digital Twin to drive breakthrough objectives. Build Technology knowledge for systems, processes and tools. This includes Microsoft power platform, power-app / power -BI. Ensure Governance processes in place to support delivery of the portfolio: Align project delivery to site strategies and plans Drive simplification and standardization where possible Ensure adoption of the systems to drive value Ensure budget for the different projects/programs aligned with CAPEX/OPEX plan. Champion and drive evaluation and adoption of new solutions to support site breakthrough objectives Work with staff to ensure that skills and knowledge are developed to meet individual and team needs Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with regulatory, statutory, health and safety and other appropriate company standards, policies and procedures Why you? Basic Qualifications: We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Bachelor’s Degree Minimum of 5 years in digital transformation, smart manufacturing, or industrial automation in pharma, biotech, or high-tech industries. 2 years' experience with Project Leadership: Roadmap development, governance, CAPEX/OPEX budgeting, and stakeholder collaboration Preferred Qualifications: If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus: Master's degree in technical field Proficiency in: MES, Industry 4.0, AI, Digital Twin, predictive analytics, and process optimization Technical Skills: MES, SAP, AI tools, Microsoft Power Apps, Power BI, automation tools, and data-driven decision-making. Compliance & Regulation: Knowledge of GMP, safety, and quality standards in manufacturing. Change Management: Driving technology adoption, standardization, and continuous improvement. Experience or knowledge of manufacturing environments with strong understanding of key principles & practices Ability to organize, structure teams and set objectives to drive to business goals and priorities Broad knowledge & understanding of Tech systems (incl. SAP) and how they should be applied to Business support Deep understanding of business area strategic goals, processes & workflow, and the Tech tools to support Familiar with the concepts, standards, technology, tools, processes, procedures, hardware, software and services in use for delivering information services Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to learn new concepts, systems, and software independently and quickly Must be able to work with minimal supervision.
