What You'll Do

China Research Team in BCG is looking for strong candidate to support the team on various research requests, with a focus in Japan market. The role provides the chance to gain initial experience in research for one of the globally leading consulting firm.
This is an internship role for at least 3 months, ideal candidate required to work at least 3 days a week in BCG’s office.

What You'll Bring

• Ongoing bachelor's or master's studies with high academic achievements, graduate in 2025 or 2026
• Project/internship experience in industrial research is a plus
• Good communication in Mandarin and English
• Good command of Japanese, JLPT N1 is a must
• Strong attention to detail and learning agility
• Solid analytical skills
• Good command of excel
• Passion for and interest in research
• Capable to work in a fast-paced environment and managing multiple tasks in parallel
