Job Description

Conducting all funerals in a professional manner at all times.Driving allocated vehicle to remove the deceased from place of death to parlour.Driving allocated vehicle to ferry the deceased to place of burial.Operating and cleaning cemetery equipment.Checking all cemetery equipment after use and reporting any faults.Conducting chapel service.Logging mileage and reference for all trips.Recording fuel transaction in vehicle mileage logbook.Washing, dressing and embalming.Complying with Drivers laid down rules.Pitching tents.Night duties.

Provides services, ensuring that the allocated site is hygienic and aligned to Safety, health and environmental standards. Executes routine services in order to ensure compliance with hygienic standards to foster a healthy, safe, and environmentally friendly workplace. Conducts transportation services to the various functions in order to facilitate routine tasks.

ResponsibilitiesAdministration

Conduct data entry into company systems, and file information using established procedures to ensure information is accurate and accessible.

Document Preparation

Input content into standard templates. Also take responsibility for collating materials and photocopying them.

Document Management

File records or documents as instructed.

Operating Machine or Equipment

Operate basic equipment and machines, and carry out routine tasks. Involves following strict, detailed instructions.

Work according to an assigned schedule.
