Drive the assigned motor vehicle and provide transportation service to Expatriate/ visitors/ staff.
Get and scan vehicle requests, arrange vehicles to meet the requirements in term of time, route, etc.,No complaint will be received.Maintain the fleet of assigned Vehicle to ensure good running condition and support administrative matter
Inspection of assigned vehicle, oil, fuel, water, brake fluid, electrolyte, mechanical/ electrical, faults, oil leakages, accidental damages, paint, tire etc., and immediate necessary repair and correction.Duly filled logbooks, fuel records, in-time renewal and extension of vehicle licenses, update valid driving license, etcMaintain Proper records of purchasing and financial expenses that is easy for tracking and report generation.
Prepare payment for telephone, electricity and others bills.Handling fuel charges and claim back to Finance dept. in timely manner.Receive and inspect the purchased supplies, and discharge without delay.Receiving of supplies by respective users without damage and shortageInsurance coverage for assets & properties of WVI-M
Assist in apply sourcing and procurement processAssist in apply comprehensive motor insurance and renewal process for WVIM Properties.Prepare and update insurance summery sheet for easier tracking.Insurance coverage for assets & properties of WVM.License renewal and update.Perform other tasks duly assign by supervisor/ manager
