Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

·         Collaborate with cross-functional teams to lead technology transfers and integration.

·         Develop and coordinate project timelines, ensuring achievements are met.

·         Foster an inclusive environment, encouraging diverse perspectives and solutions.

·         Guide and mentor team members, nurturing a culture of continuous learning and career development.

·         Foster an approach that encourages a mentality for finding opportunities to improve processes, in line with brand-new product requirements, while optimizing costs.

·         Provide engineering support to internal team members and senior leaders.

·         Lead cross-functional technical teams to complete critical taskforce initiatives and implement new tech node yield roadmaps.

Qualifications & Skills:

·         Proven leadership experience in process integration or process development.

·         Outstanding project management skills with a focus on memory technology.

·         Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

·         Ability to compete and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

·         Detailed knowledge of semiconductor integration and the interaction of different processes and metrology.

·         Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams, fostering productive work environments across various cultural contexts.

·         Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including influencing and motivating.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Track record of providing innovative solutions.

Education and Experience:

·         Advanced degree in Engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.

·         Minimum of 10 years of leadership role in semiconductor industry.

·         Extensive experience in new technology transfer is required.
