Job Description
We are seeking a skilled professional to lead our team of drafters and oversee the Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes. This pivotal role ensures the production of high-quality drafting and design documentation across diverse projects.
ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of drafters.Oversee and coordinate BIM processes.Ensure the delivery of high-quality drafting and design documentation.Maintain and enforce quality control (QC) standards in all drafting and design deliverables.Essential SkillsExtensive experience in drafting.In-depth knowledge of BIM systems.Strong commitment to maintaining QC standards in drafting and design.Strong proficiency in BIM software (e.g., Autodesk Revit, Navisworks) and drafting tools (e.g., AutoCAD, MicroStation).Additional Skills & QualificationsAssociate's or Bachelor's degree in Drafting, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.At least 5-7 years of experience in drafting and design, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership or supervisory role.Work Environment
This position is in the office working with the architects and drafters on the Building Information Modeling (BIM) process. This is a faith-based organization that puts high importance on family life and ensuring you work safely in order to return to your loved ones at the end of the day. They do not have high turnover because of the culture they have cultivated.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $36.00 - $42.00/hr.
