Job Description\: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Technical Team Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will lead a team of engineers and technicians, ensuring the successful execution of projects and the continuous improvement of our technical processes.

Key Responsibilities\:

Lead and manage a team of engineers and technicians in the execution of projects related to energy management, automation, and industrial control systems.Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of Building Management Systems (BMS), HVAC, and Industrial Automation solutions.Ensure compliance with Schneider Electric's safety standards and quality guidelines throughout project execution.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement innovative solutions that meet customer requirements.Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and mitigating risks to ensure project success.Maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and addressing any technical issues that arise.

Additional Technical Skills\:

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C , or Java.Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.Knowledge of cybersecurity principles and practices in industrial environments.Familiarity with IoT and IIoT (Industrial Internet of Things) technologies.Experience with cloud computing platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.Understanding of data analytics and machine learning applications in industrial settings.Knowledge of electrical distribution systems and power management solutions.Experience with digital twin technology and its applications in industrial automation.Familiarity with safety standards and regulations such as IEC 61508 and ISO 13849.
