**_Dozer Operator w/ GPS Experience_** **Ultimate LLC** is immediately hiring **Dozer Operators w/ GPS Experience** for commercial projects in the **Hampstead** area. The pay range is **$23.00 – $25.00 per hour** based on experience. All heavy equipment operators are scheduled 40+ hours a week. We are looking for skilled craftsmen to add to our team of dedicated, safe, productive, and proven craftsmen. Ultimate LLC provides weekly pay for all employees with no week in the hole and optional direct deposit. **Job Duties** + Adequately operate off-road trucks, skid steers, excavators, and dozers with GPS. + Be familiar with and complete daily equipment inspection checklists. + Perform daily maintenance procedures (i.e., note the service due date, check fluid levels, and ensure the equipment to be used is in good running order). + Clean and maintain tools, jobsite, trucks, and equipment. + General labor as needed. + Utilize pedals and levers to control speed, direction, height/depth, and angle/pitch of the bucket. + Install/change attachments using levers and hand tools. + Interpret signals, stakes, and markings to respect plan specifications. + Utilize GPS to produce grade requirements. + Perform daily preventative maintenance such as track cleaning, inspection for damage, and fluid check. + Adhere to all prescribed safety practices and procedures. + Assist the crew with job completion as necessary. **Trade Requirements** + Minimum of 2 years of operating experience in excavating, utility, or other applicable heavy equipment. + Appropriate PPE (Hard hat, vest, steel toe boots). + Must have basic hand tools to perform trade. + Ability to perform regular standing, bending, kneeling, and lifting of up to 50 lbs without assistance. + Valid driver's license and clean driving record. + Knowledge of controls, methods, and techniques for operating dozers. + Ability to interpret grade stakes. + Applicable dexterity, depth perception, and hand-eye coordination. **Benefits of Working at Ultimate LLC** + Weekly pay with direct deposit. + Health insurance. + Dental and vision coverage. + 401k. + Paid time off. + Referral bonus program. + Pay increase based on quality of craftsmanship. + Tool purchase program. + PPE reimbursement program. + Paid OSHA training. + Long-term work. + ID theft protection.
