We are recruiting a Documentation Specialist (18 month term ) at our facility in Kanata, Ontario.
Location: On-site.
WORK PERFORMED:
+ The Documentation Specialist position is responsible for management of Controlled Documentation
+ Maintenance and Distribution of manufacturing procedures
+ Managing the creation and revision of procedures within the document management system
+ Responsible for maintaining and trending data
+ Responsible for the management of Key Records, including off site storage
+ Administers and monitors a variety of QMS databases including the electronic Quality Management System (eQMS) and the CF database
+ Responsible to track timelines for closure and to highlight to management if there is outstanding documentation
+ Maintains quality documentation
+ Create and distribute procedure
+ Verifies documentation is accurate
+ Maintains key records
+ Manages onsite and offsite storage
KNOWLEDGE and ABILITIES:
+ Normally some post Secondary School education, related general office or administrative training or experience would be considered an asset
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Must have an excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including Access and Excel
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
The base salary range for this position in [[stateProvince]] at the start of employment is expected to be between $[[cust_salaryMin]] and $[[cust_salaryMax]] per year. However, the base salary offered is based on local job market factors and may vary further depending on factors specific to the selected job candidate, such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and other objective business considerations. Subject to these considerations, the total compensation package for this position may also include other elements, such as an annual cash incentive in addition to a full range of medical, retirement, and/or other benefits. Details of participation in these benefit plans will be provided at such time the selected job candidate receives an offer of employment.
