The Quality Documentation Coordinator is responsible for creating/compiling product manuals, up to and including data books. This role works with multiple business units as a key member of the team to ensure that project documentation is complete to ensure project success. The Quality Documentation Coordinator will also be responsible for compiling and uploading documentation into Canrig’s Document Management System.

+ Data Entry of information into Quality Control Databases
+ Preparation of Products Manuals/Data Books for manufactured or repaired equipment and distributing to internal or external clients
+ Filing of Quality Control documentation
+ Management of Quality Control records
+ Using engineering databases to access & print Engineered Drawings and schematics
+ General Administration support as required by the Quality Department
+ Create quality reports and perform analysis of data
+ Maintain electronic records for the Quality Control functions, including data entry, filing, scanning, and retrieval
**_MINIMUM QUALIFIATIONS/SKILLS_**
+ Three years Quality background with administrative skills and experience
+ Knowledge of Adobe Pro/Adobe software to build databooks/product manuals
+ Intermediate Computer Skills – typing speed is a plus
+ Intermediate experience with Microsoft Office Software & strong understanding of Microsoft Outlook
+ Proficient in reviewing Quality Control Documents, Material Test Reports, Mill Reports, and other quality related documents
+ Capable of working with minimal supervision or direction.
+ Ability to work independently in a self-directed manner, and to work collaboratively in a team-focused atmosphere
**EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE**
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 3 to 5 years’ experience in quality documentation
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Fluent in English. Ability to read and write, comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos
**MATHEMATICAL SKILLS**
Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals and compute percentages.
**REASONING ABILITY**
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
**COMPUTER SKILLS**
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have excellent knowledge of word processing software, spreadsheet software, database software, and manufacturing/inventory software. They should have advanced computer skills dealing with Adobe software, writing and formatting.
