Reference PE002995 Location Eastern Cape, Port Elizabeth Salary Interval Monthly Package None-negotiable Description Our prominent client, based in Port Elizabeth, operating in the Export Logistics sector, is currently looking to employ a Documentation Account Manager (EE).
Requirements:
Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification is essential. Any qualification in International Trade, Logistics, or a related field will be considered an advantage. Previous experience in sea freight export documentation, particularly in areas such as Shipping Instructions and Phytosanitary Certificates, is highly desirable. Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Export Documentation Management: Accurately process and complete all export documentation in compliance with local and international regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, Bill of Lading, Phytosanitary Certificates, PPECB Export Certificates, Certificates of Origin (COOs), and other related documents. Shipment Tracking: Monitor the status and progress of shipments, ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner. Follow-Up & Coordination: Actively follow up on the progress of documentation, including courier approvals, bill releases, and other critical milestones to ensure timely and accurate completion of export procedures. Documentation Status Updates: Provide clients with regular updates on the status of their documentation and shipments, addressing any queries or concerns promptly. Client & Stakeholder Liaison: Serve as a point of contact for clients, shipping lines, and relevant internal departments. Communicate effectively through email, online chats, and phone to ensure smooth coordination of export processes.
