At OneMain, Document Specialists play a key role in the seamless processing of documents, encompassing preparation for distribution, scanning, copying and prompt delivery of materials. With a focus on accuracy and efficiency, they ensure integrity of data entry is maintained to deliver excellent products and services.

In the Role:

Maintain knowledge of department operations, equipment, systems, and software to fulfill service requirementsTrain and guide team members on processesDiscover enhancement opportunities and implement changesProvide distribution and courier servicesAssist management in project development and maintenancePrepare and/or sort documents, processing documents as needed and provide courier service utilizing company equipment and vehiclesPerform activities to assist with basic record-keeping requirements such as spreadsheets and log updatesDevelop skills to perform quality assurance activitiesMaintain appropriate position documentationPerform all other duties as assigned by management

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED3-5 years experience in document management Experience with Microsoft Office SuiteValid Driver’s licenseAbility to lift 40 pounds
