As a Document Specialist (Order fulfillment)you will do:

\r\n\r\n

General Summary:

\r\n\r\n

The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their hands to fulfill orders, ensuring that daily quality and minimum standards are met. The role involves attention to detail and working with match media mailing

\r\n\r\n

\r\n\r\n

Responsibilities:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAchieves customer satisfaction by consistently prepping, scanning, inspecting, compiling, and assembling projects accurately in a timely manner.\r\n\tMeets deadlines by working at a quick and steady pace while maintaining quality/error free work.\r\n\tAchieves Time Productive statistics by meeting standards established by the facility.\r\n\tMeets company production standards by achieving the Impressions per Hour (IPH) rate in accordance with standards established.\r\n\tMaintains optimal machine performance by correcting simple machine problems (clearing jams, refilling toner, replacing machine oil, etc.) and having a working knowledge of machine codes to report in the event of equipment failure.\r\n\tCompletes all paperwork in a timely, accurate and legible manner by reading and writing in English.\r\n\tTroubleshoots problems by communicating effectively and promptly to manager.\r\n\tPrevents assembly errors by maintaining an organized work station.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Qualifications:

\r\n\r\n\r\n\tAbility to work with hands and complete repetitive tasks for extended periods\r\n\tAttention to detail and strong organizational skills\r\n\tAbility to work independently or as part of a team\r\n\tAbility to meet daily production goals while maintaining high-quality standards\r\n\tPrevious experience in fulfillment or related field preferred\r\n\tFamiliarity with match media mailing preferred\r\n\tAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.\r\n\r\n\r\n

Shift Timings-

\r\n\r\n

1st shift MONDAY To Friday 8am-4:30PM at $16.00-16.50/hr

\r\n\r\n

Location: BOULDER, Colorado 80301

\r\n\r\n
