Salary: £26,863.20 per annum + £20 mobile mobile phone allowance monthly

Location: Work from home; based in Leeds

Contract: Permanent, full time

Hours: 37.5 hours per week

Shifts: Monday through Friday from 23:00-07:00

Break details: 30-minutes lunch, unpaid

Work model: Fully remote

2) 30-minute video interview with the Account Manager and General Manager

Purpose of the role:

The Document Production Specialist position is responsible for providing word processing and/or document production services for our clients. Experience in both dictation and document management is required. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who is organised with a great attention for detail. Key Responsibilities

Producing and amending correspondence, documents, reports, deeds, attachments etc. from a variety of sources, in house style and in line with the DP systems/proceduresTranscribing dictation tasks using foot pedals from various audio platforms.Producing and amending PowerPoint presentations, organisational charts, mail merges and Excel spreadsheets and graphsEffectively using the DP workflow system to prioritise and deal with incoming and outgoing workProof reading and checking documents that have been produced to ensure they are correct, in line with house style and, where applicable, attachments have been includedLiaising with the DP team leader and legal PAs, as appropriate, in relation to document production matters and queriesEffectively managing workloads to ensure all deadlines are met and clients advised of progressSupporting and helping new/other members of the DP team to develop their skillsAssist DP colleagues in other offices, as required

Other Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting immediate colleagues in their team and other teamsManaging and amending the firm’s model form and precedent databaseAdvising clients on the appropriate formatting and styles for their documentsProviding an expert word support function to all areas of the firmRegularly checking the DP workflow system and assisting wherever possible with any backlog InternalAssisting others in the department whenever possible and particularly when it is evident that a colleague needs assistance with their workloadCreating and updating standard operation procedures on the key package functions used within the firmTroubleshooting, in conjunction with IT, any documents which are proving problematicWorking effectively with other legal and support departments as requiredAssisting other members of the department at the request of the DP team leaderParticipate in workshops to designed to develop all areas of service in line with the business needsAny other duties as reasonably requested by a person of an appropriate seniority

Accurate typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPointExcellent telephone manner and build a competent knowledge of telephone systemExcellent communication, organisational and team skillsExcellent attention to detailFlexible and dependable, able to take the initiativeAble to remain calm under pressure and work to tight deadlines InternalConscientious, approachable, and enthusiasticAble to quickly build confidence, respect, and trust with others
