About the role…

As a "Document Organizer" at Iron Mountain, your primary responsibility is to prepare physical documents for scanning. This includes tasks such as removing staples, paperclips, and other obstructions to ensure optimal document condition for accurate digitization. Additionally, you will be responsible for handling the intake and outward movement of critical physical records, both at customer sites and Iron Mountain facilities.

Qualifications…

● Freshers are eligible for this role

● Ability to handle legacy physical records carefully at customer sites.

● Proficiency in maintaining daily records of document inward and outward movements, including proper documentation in registers.

● Skill in preparing documents for scanning, including tasks such as removing pins, tags, and straightening pages according to indexing requirements.

● Experience in rearranging and reforming documents into their original state after scanning, organized by case record bundles.

● Knowledge of manual or automatic page numbering methods (duplex/simplex) using numbering machines.

● Minimum educational qualification: any graduate degree.
