§  Assesses department readiness for document management

§  Design and develop document management structure and rules integrated with ERP

§  Implement document management process in the department

§  Work with functional area staff to develop and refine process

§  Builds document retention rules based on expert knowledge of functional areas, law and policy

§  Knowledgeable in document management technologies and best practices

§  Expert knowledge in document retention law and policy as it relates to higher education and research

§  3 years of experience in document management design and implementation
