We are seeking a dedicated Document Control Associate to document all quality and lab data from R&D activities. This role involves maintaining control records, reviewing and verifying change orders, and ensuring accurate documentation. The successful candidate will work closely with engineering and laboratory teams to resolve discrepancies and maintain quality documentation.
Responsibilities
+ Document all quality and lab data from R&D activities.
+ Record and maintain all control records.
+ Review and verify all change orders and documents for accuracy and updates.
+ Collaborate with engineering and laboratory teams to resolve any discrepancies and maintain quality in all documentation.
+ Maintain records of all steps of the product and service life cycle, including internal department records.
Essential Skills
+ Experience in quality documentation.
+ Knowledge of quality assurance and quality control processes.
+ Comfortable with a desk role involving extensive documentation.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
+ Experience in laboratory settings.
+ Strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to work effectively with engineering and laboratory teams.
Work Environment
This is an office-based role with a 1st shift schedule from Monday to Friday. It offers a great opportunity to gain quality documentation experience, which could be beneficial for moving into a QA or Regulatory role in the future.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $22.00
