In this role, you will be required to provide a centralised fit for processing support function by ensuring that all legal documents for client account support functions (opening, closing and maintenance) requests across product and channel support functions are accurate and compliant.

Are You Someone Who Can:

Receive and review documentation request from client or internal stakeholder against the bank’s fit for processing checks/checklists.Identify client need, including documentation and fit for processing requirements, and prepare and send documentation to client for completion.Vet documentation for correctness and validity, and execute the request, keeping the client updated until resolution.Identify and suggest opportunities for process efficiencies.Engage in document management practices by indexing validated documentation and ensuring that most updated documentation is recorded, and outdated documentation are archived.Interpret legal and bank documentation for different types of entities for request resolution.Verify that all documentation is correct and validate documentation received against what exists on record.Ensure documentation sign-off is in accordance with client requirements.Take accountability for accuracy and error-free deliverables and ensure that encrypted client data (e-mails) is sent to clients.Establish relationships with relevant individuals and departments to deliver on work expectations.Adhere to relevant service level agreements to build trust in the relationship.

You Will Be An Ideal Candidate If You:

have a Diploma or a Bachelor of Commerce in Business Administrationhave 1 to 3 years' experience in Quality Assurance
