Role Description
The Team Assistant & Social Media Manager will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day operations of the DLT team while driving the brand’s social media presence. This dual role requires a highly organised, versatile, and creative professional with a passion for events, digital marketing, and building strong community engagement.

Previous experience in an administrative or team support role.Proven experience managing social media platforms for a brand or organisation.Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Creative mindset with the ability to produce engaging content tailored to different platforms.Proficiency in social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Later, Buffer) and analytics platforms.High level of attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.Desirable
Experience in the events or entertainment industry.Basic graphic design or video editing skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).Familiarity with community-driven brands and/or a personal passion for music, culture, and events.Behaviours

Team Assistant
Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling correspondence.Coordinate team activities, track project timelines, and maintain project documentation.Assist with event logistics, such as vendor communications, travel arrangements, and on-site support.Manage team expenses and assist with budget tracking.Act as the primary point of contact for general inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.Social Media Management
Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy to enhance DLT’s online presence and drive engagement.Create, schedule, and publish high-quality content across platforms such as Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and Youtube.Collaborate with the graphic designer and wider team to produce on-brand visuals, videos, and written content.Monitor social media trends, analytics, and audience insights to refine strategies and achieve KPIs.Engage with the DLT community by responding to comments, messages, and tags in a timely manner.Work closely with team to develop social media campaigns that align with upcoming events and promotions.Stay updated on platform updates and algorithm changes to ensure optimal performance.Equal Opportunities
