Minimum requirements:
Tertiary qualification related to Mechanical Engineering required Professional Engineering license or related certification required Minimum 10+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering essential (non-negotiable) Minimum 8+ years management/ leadership experience is vital (non-negotiable)  Minimum 8+ years experience in Mechanical Engineering Projects required Must be knowledgeable using CAD software  Must have experience managing budgets  Experience working in Sub Saharan countries would be highly beneficial  Must be willing to relocate to Zambia, if not already based in Zambia
