The Account Executive for Vascular will develop, maintain and promote growth in assigned accounts, in alignment with Division mission, vision and purpose, specialty/program priorities and overall company priorities.  This position is a field based position that will cover accounts across Canada.

Responsibilities

Key Focus Areas:

 

Business DevelopmentDevelop and grow assigned territory through strategic account managementCreate and implement effective business plans aligned with division goalsDrive profitable growth through consultative sales approachCustomer PartnershipBuild and maintain strong relationships with healthcare providersProvide strategic solutions for customer needsRegular engagement with key decision-makersSupport contract implementation and supply chain optimizationInternal CollaborationWork closely with clinical, pricing, and supply chain teamsCoordinate with Commercial Business Team (CBT) stakeholdersSupport implementation of strategic initiativesEnsure compliance with quality and regulatory requirements

 

 

Qualifications

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in related field or equivalent experienceMinimum 5 years of medical device sales experienceProven track record in healthcare salesStrong analytical and business acumenProficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Business Objects

 

Essential Skills

Strategic account managementNegotiation and presentation abilitiesProblem-solving capabilitiesStrong organizational skillsEffective communication at all levels

 

Physical Requirements

• Ability to travel up to 75%

• Work under general office environmental conditions
