Diversity Strategist
Exciting virtual opportunity for a Diversity Talent Strategist. As a Diversity Talent Strategist, you will accelerate the ED&I execution of the overall diversity talent acquisition plan to ensure a pool of top, diverse talent. The ideal candidate will design diversity recruitment strategies, execute and continuously improve engagement initiatives to achieve ED&I hiring goals. In addition, you will partner successfully with business leaders (internally and externally) to build out a strategy that results in a diverse talent pipeline. Job Overview: + Developing comprehensive data driven diversity recruiting strategies for a variety of roles including early career + Develop relationships and processes to continuously improve attraction and selection from various outreach sources including, but not limited to, diverse schools, universities, grassroots, and community-based organizations + Monitor progress made towards diversity aspirations using a scorecard and leverage data analysis tools track and report on outcomes + Work closely with Client Delivery to Work with Sr. Leaders and Client Delivery staff to identify roles to build diverse talent pipelines and understand specific recruiting requirements and align strategy where appropriate + Train and consult with internal delivery team and external stakeholders to drive the strategy + Socialize program with Talent Delivery Team and coordinate active participation by recruiters when appropriate at recruiting events + Direct innovative sourcing opportunities through specialized programs and targeted channels + Serve as subject matter expert and thought leader on inclusive hiring best practices + Determine the greatest value add recruiting investment areas and develop relationships with those sources Minimum Requirements: + Three (3) or more years of experience sourcing and recruiting with an emphasis on finding diverse candidates + Three (3) or more years of experience developing strategies to attract and engage with underrepresented talent + One (1) or more years of data analysis and reporting experience tracking strategic hiring outcomes Preferred Requirements: + Client relationship experience + Experience working with senior leaders in a client facing role + Business and Partner Development experience What’s in it for you: + Largest global staffing leader + Competitive salary + bonus + Excellent benefits package - medical, dental, vision + Generous PTO policy earned from day one + Education and professional development + Rapid career growth + Retirement savings and security + Employee stock purchase plan + Paid parental leave + Short and long term disability + Employee assistance program and health advocacy + Health and dependent care flexible spending account + Metlife auto and home insurance + Metlife legal plan + Referral reward program + Exclusive discounts and programs with dozens of nationwide vendors and retailers For certain positions, Covid-19 vaccination and/or testing may be required by Randstad's client or applicable state/local mandates, subject to approved medical or religious accommodations. The base salary range for this position is $72,675 - $103,500. Pay offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors including the candidate’s education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc. Based on eligibility, a successful candidate’s total compensation may include a variable pay plan including bonus(es) and/or commission(s). In setting compensation, Randstad complies with all local wage and hour laws and while the pay range listed above is an annual amount, non-exempt employees will be paid hourly and therefore receive the hourly equivalent.
