Description: The DSM manages a specific territory, customers in that territory and job specific bids for those customers. The DSM is responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships as well as staying on top of the current market conditions with regard to competition and NMBS pricing strategies.

Building & maintaining relationships with existing customersProspecting to seek and find new customers.Educate potential customers on benefits of long-span deck solutionsCommunication & coordination with internal personnelInput & maintenance of SalesForce systemMaterial takeoffs from construction drawingsFollow up & feedback on bid projectsScheduled travel throughout assigned territory on a regular basisAttend various company meetings as required Qualifications

Experience/Requirements:

Ability to read construction documents, specs, addendum, etc.Ability to multi-task, negotiate & close dealsProficient in Excel, Word, BlueBeam, ftp sites, etc.Self-starter with excellent organizational skillsMust possess excellent verbal and written communication skillsWillingness to travel extensivelyPrior sales experience preferredDegree in Engineering or related technical experience preferred
