The District Pool Supervisor is responsible for the supervision and administration of swimming pool facilities in the assigned area in order to provide quality swimming pool management and services. The District Pool Supervisor acts as a liaison between AquaSafe management and its clients. Supervisors will be responsible for the day-to-day duties and training of the swimming pool staff including but not limited to lifeguards and pool managers. This includes completing administrative responsibilities, customer service, and staff performance reviews as well as scheduling activities.\n
This is a seasonal position, but candidates who meet performance criteria with open availability and relevant experience may be considered for career advancement to other year-round opportunities. \n

General Responsibilities:\n\nOversee swimming pools within a designated area\nEnsure operational excellence at all assigned aquatic facilities\nOrganize weekly lifeguard and pool manager schedules and staff training\nProactively pursue the highest level of safety and maintenance at all assigned aquatic facilities.\nPerform weekly inspections of each aquatic facility, ensuring compliance with local Health Department requirements\nManage client expectations\n\n
General Requirements:\n\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills\nMust be able to communicate in English, both written and verbally; bi-lingual in any language is a plus\nA strong customer service orientation\nPossesses planning and organizational skills\nAbility to work in a fast-paced environment\nComfort and ability to work with multi-generational and multi-cultural staff members\nMust have current Lifeguard, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willing to obtain\/renew upon hire\nMust be a Certified Pool Operator or willing to obtain\/renew upon hire\nMust possess 3 years of lifeguarding\/pool management experience or relevant management\/supervisor experience\nMust be available to work from May 15 until September 15 - these are the minimum required dates; opportunity for an earlier start date may be available\nWeekend and holiday availability are required throughout the season\nMust possess a valid U.S. Driver's License; position involves driving up to 50% of the scheduled time\n\n
