As our **District Manager** you will lead and coach a team of Territory Managers in the Human Pharma business sector. With your leadership, coaching and business management skills, you will continually motivate and coach your team to exceed all client expectations and achieve all sales targets. This is an exceptional opportunity for you as you will have total accountability for creating and executing an agile business plan to recruit and retain customers through strategic targeting, exceptional customer relationship management and the leadership of a high performing team. **This position is based preferably in the North of Sweden and reports directly to the Head of Therapeutic Area CRM.** **This is a field-based role requiring frequent travelling within Sweden.** **YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** + Coach, inspire, develop and manage the team according to effective communication, business solutions and account planning to provide high quality outcome. + Drive the flawless definition and execution of the team sales account plans aligned/based on the local activity/expert engagement plan. + Ensure the team understands the market and develops respective activities including a balanced promotion of Boehringer Ingelheim products. + Drive the go to market strategy in your team and ensure multichannel interactions with customers. + Apply long-term strategic thinking to anticipate patient and customer needs & potential changes based on evolving environment. + Monitor the market in the entrusted geographic area. + Develop positive and mutually beneficial relationships with key customers/accounts. + Ensure cross functional coordination and collaboration to implement integrated customer journeys according to customer preferences. **WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING TO THE TEAM** + **At least 5 years of experience in a Leadership role within the Healthcare industry or equivalent.** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Medicine, Pharmaceutics or Business Administration. + Ability to provide inspirational leadership to a high performing creative sales team. + **Excellent command of the Swedish & English language.** + Previous business planning experience including setting sales and customer service targets, sales analysis and staff scheduling. + Proactive driver of digital approaches. + Practical experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook and database applications). + You possess analytical and influencing skills. + Innovative mind-set: you come up with innovative ideas to respond to different market challenges and / or client needs. + Ability to effectively build and manage relationships with many different (internal & external) stakeholders. + You are results oriented and visionary. + Business & customer acumen. + You have a valid driving license. **WHAT WILL YOU GET IN RETURN?** Next to the opportunity to develop and challenge yourself while learning from a fast-paced environment: + Work in a wellbeing-oriented organization (Premium access to Headspace and ongoing support and initiatives related to ways of working to help our employees to stay healthy and constantly improve the physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. + Customized Development plan based on your role and aspirations, with several learning platforms such as LinkedIn Learning Premium (languages + training programs) and our Virtual Campus Lifelong learning at our Virtual Campus | Boehringer Ingelheim (boehringer-ingelheim.com) (https://www.boehringer-ingelheim.com/about-us/corporate-profile/lifelong-learning-our-virtual-campus) + Good balance between work and free time (Mix of working from home within the respective country / office as well as flexible working hours) + Competitive salary package and benefits (e.g., Access to Fitness activities and private healthcare insurance) + A fun, diverse, and multicultural working environment.
