Reyes Fleet Management is hiring for the role of a District Fleet Operations Manager based out of Rancho Cucamonga, CA to oversee multiple fleet shops. Position Responsibilities: The Regional Fleet Operations Manager provides thought leadership, coaching and guidance to employees and managers. Including maintenance costs and spending at budgeted levels to build and maintain a high performing team As the Regional Fleet Operations Manager, you will serve as a subject matter expert to operating companies in the areas of fleet management, safety, and compliance while ensuring alignment of regional processes, protocols, and procedures You will analyze all operating metrics, providing guidance on trends and developing prompt actions to correct performance issues or inefficiencies while identifying opportunities to reduce expenses You will lead assigned projects by developing timelines, identifying necessary resources, and addressing barriers to achieve defined objectives Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: Bachelor’s Degree with 7 plus years of related experience and 4 plus years of management experience or High school Diploma, General Education Degree, or Tech School Certification with 10 plus years of specific experience and 5 plus years of management experience Valid Driver’s License to operate applicable company vehicles Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
