Minimum requirements:
Grade 12 or similar qualification
Valid unendorsed Drivers licence
RE5 (desirable)
Minimum of 4 years’ proven work experience Insurance
Admin office work and Customer Service experience
Additional experience in the Financial Services Industry
Experience with MS Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook are required
Must have a minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute
Appoint & manage a team of selected Sales managers
Plan and execute marketing strategies and tactics based on the requirements
Manage daily business operations to ensure that all administration issues are met
Compile weekly reports
