Scope of Role:
The Louisiana Distributor Manager will lead 7 distributors in Louisiana territory, with over 340k ce’s. Louisiana market hosts multiple non-premise events, while required travel is limited, weekend participation is a must.

The role will be leading wholesaler execution against quarterly & monthly business targets. Ensuring all tools are in place to support attainment of goals. Clearly communicate goals and partner with distributor to achieve and drive end results.

Share Growth - Drive strong execution including distribution & display execution.Distributor Engagement - Drive Annual Operating Plan attainmentP&L Management

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for AOP volume and distribution goals, provide grounded market insights including industry dynamics and competitive information.Reporting/management against Key Performance Indicators, Display Standards, & Beer Industry benchmarks.Communicate monthly program calendar and drive execution on programming within distributor sales force.Analyze on/off-premise channels within territory to effectively plan and implement promotional activities.Ensure excellent retail execution is being achieved in key Off-Premise & On-Premise accountsPlan and lead investment (Beer & FMBs)Compile all national selling material/tools/resources for distributor general sales meetings and weekly team meetings.Plan development/execution metrics for marketing activities with the distributors.Strong collaboration with chains and cross-functional teams to complete programmingComplete in-person quarterly distributor review Meetings to ensure alignment on all programs & goalsManagement of tactical budgetsWork collaboratively with distributor brand managers 60 days in advance to agreed upon targetsBuild sales competencies & create strong working relationships.In trade days expectedRegularly in-market to evaluate quality of program execution and brand performanceQuarterly all company blitz weeksWholesaler scheduled work withs 1-2 per month per distributor.

Experience / skills required:

Qualifications And Experience Required

Bachelors degree required or equivalent experience requiredMinimum 5-7 years field experience, Alcohol or CPG industry experience preferredAbility to engage, influence, and coordinate wholesalers who may have different strategic initiatives.Must be a self-starter with a proven track record in influencing others with the use of fact-based selling.Must be well organized and possess the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives. Able to generate ideas to develop the market.Experience with Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, Teams, VIP & NielsenMust have valid driver’s license
